About Industry Is Ministry

Industry Is Ministry is an online school for people who want their faith to shape how they live and work in real, everyday ways.

Many people feel pressure to grow faster, do more, or hold everything together without support. Over time, that pressure leads to burnout, overthinking, and disconnection from what actually matters. This school exists to offer something steadier.

Here, growth is not rushed. It is practiced.

Industry Is Ministry focuses on wisdom, emotional formation, and practical clarity. Through short, thoughtfully designed courses and guided workbooks, you learn how to notice patterns earlier, respond with steadiness, and build habits that support you for the long run. The goal is not constant improvement. The goal is sustainability.

This is a space for learning that fits into real life. Lessons are simple and intentional. Reflection is encouraged. Progress is allowed to unfold at a human pace.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You only need a desire to grow with honesty and care.

Our Three Pillars

Industry Is Ministry is built upon three governing pillars that shape our philosophy, curriculum, and formation model.

  • 1. Wisdom — The Foundation

“Wisdom is the principal thing.” — Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom anchors discernment and strategy. It governs both personal and professional decisions and establishes righteous order before influence.

  • 2. Work — The Assignment

“Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings.” — Proverbs 22:29 Work is where wisdom is applied and competence is developed. Skill, discipline, and character position leaders for credibility and expanded responsibility.

  • 3. Wealth — The Fruit

“He is like a tree planted by streams of water… whatever he does prospers.” — Psalm 1:3 Wealth is the visible result produced when personal formation and professional excellence operate in alignment with Kingdom principles.
